Alex Holt started Lawns By Design over 13 years ago working out of the trunk of his car with hopes for a better tomorrow. During that time, he was also studying at the University of Cincinnati and earned his Associate Degree in graphic design. To make ends meet while in school, he worked for a landscape company where he gained more knowledge and skills in that area and determined that entrepreneurship was his true passion. He decided to merge the two- his love for landscaping with his graphic design education. Alex had little money but Big Dreams and turned Lawns By Design into a landscaping company that has made it’s footprint in Cincinnati and the surrounding areas.
